Return/Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple. If you have a problem with one of our patterns, we will refund the entire purchase price, less shipping costs, if you notify us within a week of receiving a pattern and we receive the pattern by return mail within two weeks of the original delivery to you.
Patterns may also be exchanged for other pattterns in our catalogue.
Additional shipping charges may apply on exchanges.
