In this class you will learn how to take a photograph, or a child’s drawing hanging on your refrigerator or any other image and make it into a quilt. You will turn a favorite image into a one-of-a-kind piece of fabric art in the form of a quilted wall-hanging. This class will teach you the new quilting technique ...."lines into designs" . The technique teaches you how to take that favorite image and how to draw it by hand and create a beautiful imperfect line drawing. You will learn how to take that imperfect line drawing, turn it into a pattern and then into a heirloom that you can cherish forever. This technique is for all sewing skills, however, some knowledge of free-motion sewing is helpful. Check out your scrap books, photo albums or the front of your refrigerator and pick that one memory/image that has always brought so much joy.
